You can cancel your Bloomin subscription at any time directly from your customer portal. The process is quick and only takes a few clicks.
Follow the steps below to complete your cancellation.
Step 1: Log in to Your Customer Portal
- Go to the Customer Login page.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout.
- Check your inbox for the one-time confirmation code.
- Enter the code to access your account.
Step 2: Open Your Subscription Dashboard
- Once logged in, you’ll see your active subscription on the main dashboard.
- Click “View details” to open the full subscription management view.
Step 3: Start the Cancellation Process
- Inside your subscription dashboard, click “More.”
- Select “Cancel” to begin the cancellation process.
Step 4: Tell Us Why You’re Canceling
Before completing your cancellation, you’ll be asked to select a reason for canceling.
- This step is required and helps us understand:
- What’s working well
- Where we can improve
- How to create a better product and experience for our customers
Your feedback is always appreciated and helps shape future improvements at Bloomin.
Step 5: Confirm Your Cancellation
- If you’re sure you’d like to proceed, click “Cancel Subscription.”
- Once confirmed, your subscription will be successfully canceled.
You’ll remain in control at every step, and no further recurring charges will be scheduled after cancellation.
Prefer a Different Option?
If you’re not ready to fully cancel, you also have the option to:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change your next order date
- Pause your subscription temporarily
These options are available directly in your subscription dashboard and can be a great alternative if you just need a short break.
